Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project goals.
Ensure the team follows best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
Optimize software performance, scalability, and reliability.
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance the product offering.
Participate in hiring and onboarding new engineering talent.
Act as a key liaison between engineering and executive leadership, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in the MERN stack, API design, database architecture, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile practices.
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred: Experience with React-Native and familiarity with HealthTech or AI-language technologies.
