Key Responsibilities

Coordinate lease expirations and renewals, maintaining up-to-date records in our leasing and marketing databases.
Emphasize strong tenant communication to address leasing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Assist in preparing financial models to evaluate leasing opportunities, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Support brokers and property managers with in-depth market research and compelling presentations.
Ensure lease compliance with legal requirements and Perkins Properties’ standards.
Track leasing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide regular reports to management.
Coordinate and assist in site tours and marketing efforts, showcasing properties to potential tenants.
Develop and implement new strategies for tenant retention and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrable experience with leasing processes and legal terminology, with a focus on an operations setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management software is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
Ability to analyze market data and financial models with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
3-10 years of experience required in leasing work, particularly in operations.
Familiarity with the local market and community of Malvern, IA, including knowledge of local real estate trends.
