Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate leasing activities for retail properties.
- Draft lease agreements and amendments.
- Manage lease expirations and renewals.
- Maintain leasing and marketing databases.
- Assist in preparing financial models for leasing opportunities.
- Support brokers and property managers with market research and presentations.
- Communicate regularly with tenants to address leasing inquiries and concerns.
- Track leasing KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
- Conduct site tours and participate in marketing efforts.
- Ensure lease compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of tenant retention strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience required for leasing work in an operations setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer service-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with local market trends in Valley, NE.
- Experience with community engagement and local business networking in Valley.

- Competitive salary range: $69,300-$74,300 depending on experience.
