Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance of retail properties and prepare detailed reports on profitability.
- Develop financial models to evaluate leasing scenarios and inform strategic decisions.
- Provide market research and competitor analysis to guide leasing strategies.
- Maintain databases of lease terms, tenant information, and market data.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Support due diligence for acquisitions or dispositions of properties.
- Assist property managers with budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- 5-7 years of experience required for Finance work in Operations setting.
- Knowledge of commercial property management practices.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with the Louisville retail market and local economic trends.
- Willingness to travel within Louisville and surrounding areas.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $73,000-$93,000 depending on experience.
