Position Overview

Join our dynamic fintech team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) in the heart of California’s Central Valley, Fresno. Perfectly suited for individuals eager to launch their career in tech sales, this role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge financial technologies. As a BDR, you will be an integral part of a regional team of over 10 professionals, dedicated to expanding our innovative solutions in financial services, payment processing, and digital banking across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects within the fintech industry.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Engage with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social selling to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and campaigns.
  • Participate in regular travel to nearby major cities for conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems using HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide timely and effective follow-up on leads and opportunities to drive sales conversions.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • HubSpot Sales Software Certification is mandatory.
  • Google Analytics Certification is required.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with fintech trends and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics.
