Join our dynamic tech sales team in San Bernardino, CA, as a Business Development Representative (BDR). Dive into the fast-paced world of cybersecurity, identity management, and cloud security as a crucial member of our specialized 3-5 person team. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity that requires 0-1 years of experience, perfect for those ready to make an impact from the ground up. With a schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, you’ll have the chance to work during the first shift, allowing you to engage with clients effectively and efficiently within a 100-mile radius.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach.
  • Work collaboratively with the tech sales team to refine sales pitches and improve client engagement.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Outreach.io, and other tools to manage leads and track progress effectively.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about emerging industry trends and opportunities in San Bernardino.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in industry events and meet-ups within a 100-mile radius.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
  • Proven ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Enthusiasm for the dynamic and evolving tech industry.
