Position Overview
This is a dynamic on-site position with a leading SaaS company in El Monte, CA, where innovation meets industry expertise. As a Channel Partner Manager, you will be a pivotal part of the team, driving strategic partnerships and fostering relationships within the technology landscape. Key Responsibilities

Develop and Manage Channel Partnerships
Work closely with partners to create and execute joint business plans, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring ongoing partner engagement. -
Strategic Planning and Execution
Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with company goals, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. -
Relationship Building
Foster long-term relationships with key partners, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their success with our solutions. -
Performance Monitoring
Track and report on partner performance metrics, using data to drive decision-making and optimize partner potential. -
Training and Enablement
Deliver training sessions and resources to equip partners with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. -
Travel and Representation
Regular travel to nearby major cities to meet partners and attend industry events, representing the company and strengthening partnerships.
Required Qualifications

Experience
4-6 years of experience in channel management or business development within the technology sector, with proven success in a SaaS environment. -
Certifications
- AWS Cloud Practitioner
- HubSpot Sales Software Certification

Technology Proficiency
Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Outreach.io, and Salesforce for effective partner management. -
Work Environment
Comfortable and experienced in working within enterprise software companies, cloud platforms, and B2B tech companies.
