Position Overview
Join a dynamic Healthcare Tech company in Santa Clarita, CA, as a Channel Partner Manager. As a key member of our expanding regional team, you will play an integral role in building and maintaining strategic relationships with channel partners while working within a vibrant and fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales and expand market presence.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and execute partner-specific initiatives.
- Conduct regular training sessions with partners to ensure they are well-versed in our product offerings.
- Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage partner agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Report on channel activity and performance metrics to senior management.
- Facilitate communication between channel partners and internal teams to address any concerns or opportunities.
- Travel within a 30-mile radius of Santa Clarita to meet with partners and attend industry events.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- 4-6 years of experience in channel partner management or a related field.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining successful business relationships.
- Required Certifications:
- AWS Cloud Practitioner
- HubSpot Sales Software Certification
- Proficiency with the following technology stack:
- ZoomInfo
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Outreach.io
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a 10+ person regional team.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Google Analytics Certification
- Experience in the healthcare technology sector.
- Familiarity with digital health platforms and healthcare analytics.
