Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales and expand market presence.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and execute partner-specific initiatives.
• Conduct regular training sessions with partners to ensure they are well-versed in our product offerings.
• Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage partner agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Report on channel activity and performance metrics to senior management.
• Facilitate communication between channel partners and internal teams to address any concerns or opportunities.
• Travel within a 30-mile radius of Santa Clarita to meet with partners and attend industry events.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• 4-6 years of experience in channel partner management or a related field.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining successful business relationships.
• Required Certifications:
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner
  • HubSpot Sales Software Certification
• Proficiency with the following technology stack:
  • ZoomInfo
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Outreach.io
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a 10+ person regional team.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Google Analytics Certification
• Experience in the healthcare technology sector.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and healthcare analytics.
