Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Manage Channel Partnerships:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
    • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Drive Sales and Growth:
    • Collaborate with partners to drive sales targets through joint marketing and sales plans.
    • Implement strategies to increase revenue and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership goals with company objectives.
    • Provide feedback and insights from partners to influence product development.
  • Conduct Training and Development:
    • Deliver sales training to partners to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
    • Develop training materials and programs to enhance partner capabilities.
  • Travel and Networking:
    • Regular travel to nearby major cities to meet with partners and attend industry events.
    • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 4-6 years of experience in channel partner management, preferably in fintech or related industries.
  • Location & Schedule:
    • Based in Santa Monica, CA.
    • Standard business hours with flexibility for travel.
  • Work Environment:
    • Familiarity with fintech ecosystems, including payment processors and digital banking.
    • Experience working in a team-oriented environment with over 10 regional team members.
  • Skills & Certifications:
    • Required: AWS Cloud Practitioner, HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
    • Preferred: Additional certifications in Salesforce or HubSpot.
    • Proficient in using Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
