We are seeking dynamic and experienced Equipment Finance Sales Professionals to join our client’s growing team in Orange County, CA. With three offices in Orange County and multiple locations across the U.S., our client is one of the nation’s leading independent equipment financing companies. About the Role
In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of middle-market clients, specializing in equipment financing solutions across industries such as automotive, aerospace, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, and technology. You will work closely with C-level executives to develop customized financing solutions for transactions exceeding $5MM, driving value for both clients and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with middle-market companies seeking tailored equipment financing solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, including proposal creation and funding coordination.
- Work directly with CEOs, CFOs, and other financial decision-makers to present and structure financing options.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft 365 to manage leads and build relationships.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client industries and financing trends to position solutions effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in equipment financing or leasing, with a strong understanding of middle-market transactions.
- Experience managing transactions of $5MM or more is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Background in B2B sales, banking, private equity, or leasing is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (DOE) with uncapped commission potential.
