Senior Investment Banking Associate at Tustin Recruiting

We are seeking a Senior Investment Banking Associate to join a high-performing team specializing in complex financial transactions for middle-market clients. This role requires a deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt capital markets, and financial advisory services. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in executing deals, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of M&A transactions, including drafting pitchbooks, performing financial analyses, and preparing transaction documents.
Conduct valuation analyses using DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company methodologies.
Develop and manage financial models to evaluate potential deals and strategic opportunities.
Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored financial solutions.
Collaborate with senior management to structure and negotiate complex transactions.
Oversee the preparation of marketing materials, offering memorandums, and due diligence reports.
Mentor and guide junior analysts and associates, ensuring high-quality work and professional growth.
Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Series 63 and 79 licenses (or willingness to obtain them).
