Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Associate to join our innovative fintech team in Salinas, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4-6 sales technicians to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to streamline sales processes and optimize client interactions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities within a 30-mile radius.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue prospective clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an inside sales role, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
- HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
- Proficiency in using sales technology stack including ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, and Salesforce.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
