Position Overview
This is an exciting on-site opportunity for an IT Operations Specialist with a focus on SaaS solutions in Compton, CA. As part of a dynamic enterprise software company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of cloud platforms and B2B tech services. Embedded within a regional team of over 10 talented professionals, you will contribute to our mission while enjoying a collaborative and tech-forward work environment. This role demands a balance of technical prowess and team coordination, with occasional travel within a 30-mile radius from your home base.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage IT operations, ensuring the performance and reliability of SaaS platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Implement and maintain IT service management processes in line with ITIL standards.
- Utilize AWS CloudWatch, VMware, and other tools to optimize system performance.
- Participate in the deployment and configuration of cloud-based applications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams, optimizing user experience.
- Attend trainings to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years in IT operations or a related field.
- Certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified
- ITIL Foundation
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AWS CloudWatch, VMware, Terraform, Azure Active Directory, Splunk, and ServiceNow.
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in Compton, CA, during standard business hours.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within 30 miles of Compton.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications in Cisco CCNA or advanced Microsoft 365 certifications.
- Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software companies, or cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level security and compliance requirements.
