Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage: Direct a team of 4-6 IT technicians, ensuring efficient operations and optimal performance.
- Systems Monitoring: Utilize AWS CloudWatch and VMware to oversee system performance and reliability.
- Infrastructure Management: Implement and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Azure Active Directory.
- Incident Response: Manage and resolve technical incidents using Splunk and ServiceNow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support digital banking and payment processing solutions.
- Technical Training: Develop and implement training programs focused on enhancing team technical skills.
- Travel: Conduct site visits within a 30-mile radius to support local operations and projects.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years in IT operations within fintech or related industries.
- Certifications:
- Required: AWS SysOps Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified
- Preferred: Cisco CCNA, AWS Solutions Architect
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AWS CloudWatch, VMware, Terraform, Azure Active Directory, Splunk, and ServiceNow.
- Location: Based in West Covina, CA, with travel as needed within the local area.
- Schedule: Standard business hours, with flexibility for urgent matters.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a technical team.
