Position Overview

Join our innovative and dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the vibrant fintech sector of Everett, WA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be on the front lines of our sales efforts, engaging with prospective clients and driving the growth of cutting-edge financial technologies. As an SDR, you will be part of a close-knit team of 3-5 professionals, working together to identify and create qualified sales opportunities. With a focus on digital banking and payment processing, you’ll have the chance to shape the financial landscape while advancing your career in the thriving tech industry of the Pacific Northwest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to generate qualified sales leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify target markets and potential customers.
  • Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and connect with prospects.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients about our fintech solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives to further advance the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
  • Willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius of Everett, WA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
  • Additional experience with fintech or SaaS platforms.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and problem-solving.
