Position Overview

Join our dynamic team in Bend, OR as a Sales Operations Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes across multiple project teams within the MarTech industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing platforms, analytics, and automation tools, enhancing our client and team experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various project teams to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity.
  • Utilize and optimize our technology stack, including Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies and process improvements by analyzing sales data and trends.
  • Coordinate and manage sales-related projects and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide training and support to team members on sales tools and technologies.
  • Travel within a 100-mile radius to support regional sales initiatives as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales operations or related fields.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and AWS Cloud Practitioner certifications.
  • Familiarity with Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience working in a MarTech environment.
  • Ability to work effectively across different project teams.
