Position Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Coordinator in the vibrant city of Eugene, OR. As a key member of our regional team, you’ll collaborate with over ten professionals, leveraging cutting-edge marketing platforms and analytics tools. With flexible hours and regular travel to nearby major cities, you’ll enjoy a varied and enriching work environment aimed at driving innovation and efficiency in sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize sales processes within the MarTech industry.
- Maintain and manage customer data using Salesforce.
- Support the sales team by providing insights from Google Analytics.
- Utilize ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and analysis.
- Assist in implementing and managing automation workflows with Outreach.io and HubSpot.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Facilitate technical training sessions for team members.
- Ensure alignment between sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Google Analytics Certification.
- Strong proficiency with ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Outreach.io.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with an ability to work within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
- HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
- Familiarity with cloud-based sales and marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
