Join a dynamic and rapidly-growing security software firm based in Irvine, CA, as a Sales Operations Coordinator. Our team is focused on revolutionizing the cybersecurity landscape through innovative identity management and cloud security solutions. As part of a specialized 3-5 person team, you will collaborate and support sales efforts during the second shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM), helping us connect with customers and drive sales success. Your role will involve optimizing sales processes through cutting-edge technology, enhancing team efficiency, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales team in daily operations to maximize efficiency and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and manage data integrity within Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Coordinate and implement sales training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Provide insights and reports on sales pipeline, assisting in forecast accuracy.
- Support the implementation and management of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales operations with broader company goals.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Travel within a 100-mile radius to support sales activities and events as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales operations or similar role.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Additional certification in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
