What You’ll Do
Imagine starting your day with a team huddle in our state-of-the-art Lancaster office, where creativity meets technology. As the Systems Administrator, you’ll find yourself at the helm of a team of 4-6 technicians, guiding them through the intricacies of system operations and instilling a culture of excellence and efficiency. Your mornings might involve troubleshooting a critical system alert on AWS CloudWatch or configuring new user accounts in Azure Active Directory. As you dive deeper into your day, you might lead a brainstorming session on optimizing our ServiceNow workflows or ensure our VMware environments are humming smoothly.
Your role also comes with a dash of adventure—a chance to regularly travel to nearby major cities, bringing back fresh ideas and best practices to enhance our systems. You’ll engage in technical training sessions, both as a learner and a mentor, ensuring that our team remains at the forefront of technological advancements. What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you will need 3-5 years of solid experience in systems administration, coupled with a keen understanding of the MarTech ecosystem. Certifications in ITIL Foundation and CompTIA A+ are essential, demonstrating your foundation in IT service management and technical support. Your expertise in managing systems through AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, ServiceNow, Azure Active Directory, Terraform, and VMware will be crucial in navigating our tech landscape.
Nice to Have
While not mandatory, having an additional certification as a Microsoft 365 Certified professional will set you apart, showcasing your ability to manage and secure cloud-based environments. Experience in a MarTech environment will be a bonus, providing you with the unique insights needed to tailor IT solutions to marketing technology demands.
