Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Engineer, where you’ll work on-site with a leading MarTech company in Alhambra, CA. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of technology, providing essential support for marketing platforms, analytics companies, and automation tools. You will be part of a specialized team of 3-5 engineers, working within standard business hours, and will occasionally travel to nearby major cities to expand your expertise and network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide high-quality support to resolve technical issues related to marketing technologies and platforms.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems effectively.
  • System Monitoring: Utilize tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch to monitor systems and ensure their optimal performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development and product teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and provide timely solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of issues, solutions, and customer interactions to improve future service delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-4 years in technical support or a related field.
  • Certifications:
    • CompTIA A+
    • Cisco CCNA
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Terraform, VMware, and other relevant technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications:
    • Microsoft 365 Certified
    • AWS SysOps Administrator
  • Technology Stack Experience: Experience with cloud-based services and infrastructure management.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
