Key Responsibilities
- Originate new business opportunities by building relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, and other financial institutions.
- Lead all aspects of transaction execution, including due diligence, negotiations, and closing.
- Develop and present strategic financial solutions tailored to client needs.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and the quality of their work.
- Oversee the creation of financial models, valuations, and transaction marketing materials.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, industry conferences, and other networking events.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of investment banking experience with a focus on M&A or capital markets.
- Demonstrated ability to originate and close complex financial transactions.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Active Series 63 and 79 licenses required.
