Our Client, a leading Third Party Logistics company, is searching for an Account Executive to join their team in the beautiful city of Corvallis, OR. This is an opportunity to live and work in a vibrant community surrounded by other bustling cities such as Albany, Salem, and Eugene. The Account Executive role is pivotal to the company, focusing on the sales of transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions to mid-market and enterprise companies.
Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of freight modes including FTL, LTL, and intermodal.
- Knowledge of warehousing operations and supply chain optimization.
- Experience with TMS systems, rate negotiations, and logistics sales cycles.
- Proficiency in customs, international shipping, and carrier networks.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Sell transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions to mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Understand customer’s business and supply chain in depth to provide tailored logistic solutions.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with customers and carriers.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Utilize Salesforce and Excel to track leads, customer data, and sales.
- Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay/Benefits
- Salary Range: $66,601-$86,601 per year.
- Competitive benefits package.
- Opportunity for base salary plus uncapped commission.
