Our client, a leading Third Party Logistics company, is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. This role presents a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant commercial hub of Los Angeles, with neighboring cities including Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and Pasadena. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions to mid-market and enterprise-level companies. Your understanding of freight modes, warehousing operations, and supply chain optimization will be key to your success in this role.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A comprehensive understanding of freight modes including FTL, LTL, and intermodal.
- Knowledge of warehousing operations and supply chain optimization.
- Experience with TMS systems, rate negotiations, and logistics sales cycles.
- A strong understanding of customs, international shipping, and carrier networks.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Selling transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions to mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Understanding and leveraging your knowledge of freight modes to optimize supply chains.
- Negotiating rates and managing logistics sales cycles.
- Utilizing Salesforce and Excel to manage relationships and track performance.
- Navigating customs, international shipping, and carrier networks to ensure smooth operations.
Pay/Benefits
Our client offers a competitive salary range of $64,943 to $84,943 per year. Additionally, this position comes with a package of benefits and an uncapped commission structure, providing the potential for your earnings to increase significantly based on performance.
