Our Client, a reputable Third Party Logistics company based in San Francisco, CA is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who is well-versed in supply chain operations, contract negotiations, and RFP processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large logistics accounts and developing customized supply chain solutions. Located in the vibrant city of San Francisco, this role offers the chance to work in a dynamic urban environment, nestled amongst the neighboring cities of Oakland, Berkeley, and San Jose.

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of supply chain operations, contract negotiations, and RFP processes.
  • Proven track record managing large logistics accounts ($5M+).
  • Experience developing customized supply chain solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in logistics.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, financial modeling, and executive presentations.
  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and identify new market opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with enterprise clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
  • Manage large logistics accounts, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Create customized supply chain solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in logistics.
  • Utilize CRM systems, financial modeling, and executive presentations to effectively manage accounts and drive business growth.

Pay/Benefits

  • Salary Range: $88521-$103521 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package available, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
