Our client, a major player in the e-commerce industry, is looking for someone to help maintain and scale their infrastructure, particularly during high-traffic periods. If you’re the kind of person who loves working with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform, and you’re no stranger to major cloud platforms like AWS and GCP, we’d love to chat!
Qualifications
To make a real impact in this role, you should have strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). We’re also looking for someone with knowledge of monitoring tools (like Datadog and New Relic), CI/CD pipelines, and automation. If you’re familiar with microservices architecture and have some tricks up your sleeve for performance optimization, that’s even better!
Responsibilities
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and scaling our client’s infrastructure, especially during those crazy high-traffic periods. You’ll be working with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform on a daily basis, and you’ll need to be comfortable with major cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. Monitoring tools will be your best friends, and you’ll be expected to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate tasks where possible. Lastly, you’ll be involved in working with microservices architecture and will be responsible for performance optimization.
Pay/Benefits
We believe in rewarding our team well for the work they do. For this role, you can expect a salary range between $114,388-$134,388 per year, along with some fantastic benefits.
