Our Client, a leading e-commerce platform, is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join their team in Sammamish, WA. This vibrant city is surrounded by neighboring cities such as Redmond, Bellevue, and Issaquah. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and scaling the company’s infrastructure during high-traffic periods. If you have proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), this could be the perfect role for you.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Proficiency in major cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog and New Relic.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and scale the company’s infrastructure during high-traffic periods.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Utilize monitoring tools like Datadog and New Relic to ensure optimal system performance.
- Develop and manage microservices architecture.
- Work closely with the development team to optimize application performance.
- Ensure system security and data protection.
Pay/Benefits
- Salary range: $108,028-$128,028 per year.
