Enterprise Account Executive at Tustin Recruiting
Our Client, a leading cybersecurity company based in the vibrant city of Morgan Hill, CA, is looking for a talented Enterprise Account Executive to join their team. Located in the southern part of Silicon Valley, Morgan Hill is an established technology hub, neighboring cities such as San Jose, Gilroy, and Santa Clara. This role will focus on selling enterprise security solutions to Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex security frameworks such as NIST and ISO, as well as compliance requirements. Experience selling to CISOs and IT leaders, along with a proven track record of closing deals over $500K, is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically within the cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of selling enterprise security solutions to Fortune 500 companies, with deals closed over $500K.
- In-depth understanding of complex security frameworks such as NIST and ISO.
- Extensive knowledge of compliance requirements within the cybersecurity field.
- Experience selling to CISOs, IT directors, and other IT leaders.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for managing sales cycles and client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Fortune 500 market.
- Understand and articulate Our Client’s cybersecurity solutions and value proposition to CISOs and IT leaders.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, using Salesforce to manage and track client relationships and sales progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Pay/Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $118,708 - $148,708 per year, commensurate with experience.
