Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives
  • Manage contract negotiations and procurement processes
  • Collaborate with solution architects on technical requirements
  • Forecast sales pipeline accuracy
  • Coordinate complex software demonstrations and proof of concepts
  • Mentor junior sales staff
  • Analyze competitive positioning
  • Maintain detailed opportunity documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Proven enterprise software sales experience
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and cloud solutions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • 5-8 years of experience in software sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Familiarity with the tech ecosystem in Carlsbad
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
