Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and hospital systems. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills by demonstrating complex medical devices to medical professionals and providing top-notch technical product training to clinical staff. Developing territory growth strategies will be a big part of your day, as well as managing your sales pipeline in our CRM system. You’ll work closely with clinical specialists for product evaluations and keep detailed account records. We need someone who can analyze market trends and stay ahead of the competitive landscape while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Plus, you’ll have the chance to participate in exciting medical conferences and trade shows, sharing the latest innovations with industry leaders. And of course, you’ll also be involved in a few more day-to-day tasks, like coordinating product launches and participating in team strategy sessions.
Required Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business. If you’ve got a proven track record in medical sales, that’s a huge plus! We need someone who truly understands hospital purchasing processes and has a solid grasp of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Your ability to deliver excellent presentations and demonstrations will be key, as well as your talent for building strong relationships with medical professionals. A strong technical aptitude for learning complex products is essential. You should be ready to travel within the territory since your presence will be crucial across various locations. Oh, and having a clean driving record and a professional appearance is important too! We’re counting on you to bring 3-5 years of experience in a medical device setting. Being familiar with the Costa Mesa health landscape, including major hospital systems and local healthcare networks, will be a big advantage.

We offer a competitive salary range of $93,900-$113,900, depending on your experience.
