Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and hospital systems.
- Demonstrate complex medical devices to medical professionals.
- Provide technical product training to clinical staff.
- Develop territory growth strategies.
- Manage sales pipeline in CRM.
- Coordinate with clinical specialists for product evaluations.
- Maintain detailed account records.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in medical conferences and trade shows, with a focus on local and national events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business.
- Proven medical sales experience.
- Strong understanding of hospital purchasing processes.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
- Ability to build relationships with medical professionals.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Medical Device sales setting.
- Familiarity with the Southern California healthcare market.
- Strong technical aptitude for learning complex products.
- Clean driving record and professional appearance.
- Willingness to travel within the territory.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $93,800 - $113,800, depending on experience.
