Our Client, based in Carlsbad, California, is seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Device Sales Representative. This beautiful coastal city, nestled between Oceanside, Vista, and Encinitas, offers a vibrant lifestyle and a thriving healthcare community. The successful candidate will focus on selling medical devices and equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in the region.
Qualifications
- Experience navigating complex healthcare sales cycles
- Understanding of hospital procurement processes
- Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical procedures, and healthcare regulations
- Experience with value analysis committees, clinical evaluations, and OR protocol
- Comfortable with clinical training and supporting live procedures
- Strong relationships with healthcare providers and procurement teams preferred
Responsibilities
- Sell medical devices and equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
- Navigate complex healthcare sales cycles
- Understand and navigate hospital procurement processes
- Work with value analysis committees, clinical evaluations, and adhere to OR protocol
- Provide clinical training and support live procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and procurement teams
Pay/Benefits
- Salary Range: $80786-$115786 per year
- Comprehensive benefits package
