Key Responsibilities
Develop and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers and hospital systems. Showcase cutting-edge surgical equipment to medical professionals through engaging demonstrations. Educate clinical staff on product use and benefits. Craft and execute strategic plans for territory growth. Efficiently manage sales activities using CRM tools. Partner with clinical specialists for seamless product evaluations. Maintain meticulous account records. Stay ahead with market and competitive insights. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business. Demonstrated success in medical device sales, particularly within hospital systems. Proficient in healthcare regulations and purchasing processes. Exceptional presentation skills and technical acumen. Proven ability to build lasting relationships with medical professionals. Clean driving record and professional demeanor. Willingness to travel extensively within the Tustin area. Familiarity with local healthcare networks and hospital protocols a plus.
