Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Work closely with engineering teams on implementation.
- Manage product launches and iterations.
- Present to stakeholders and executives.
- Conduct user interviews and testing.
- Collaborate with marketing on product positioning.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business or Technical field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in product management.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Chula Vista’s tech ecosystem.
- Bilingual skills a plus for diverse community engagement.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- 5-8 years of experience in product management in a software setting.
