Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business goals while responding to market changes.

- Work closely with engineering teams on implementation to bring product vision to life.

Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business or Technical field; MBA preferred for strategic depth.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies to ensure adaptive product development.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle to effectively lead technical teams.

- 5-8 years of experience in Product Management within a software setting.
- Local proficiency in navigating Costa Mesa’s tech landscape and networking opportunities.
- Ability to travel regularly to customer sites, particularly within the Costa Mesa area, to foster client relationships.
