Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineering teams on implementation to bring product vision to life.

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or Technical field; MBA preferred for strategic depth.
• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on technology products.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies to ensure adaptive product development.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle to effectively lead technical teams.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
• 5-8 years of experience in Product Management within a software setting.
• Local proficiency in navigating Costa Mesa’s tech landscape and networking opportunities.
• Ability to travel regularly to customer sites, particularly within the Costa Mesa area, to foster client relationships.
