Our Client, an industry leader in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial equipment and automation solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team in El Segundo, CA. The successful candidate will oversee a team of sales representatives driving complex B2B sales cycles within the industrial manufacturing sector. This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and industry regulations to drive territory growth and team development. El Segundo is a vibrant city located in Southern California, neighboring Manhattan Beach, Hawthorne, and Inglewood.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the industrial manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and distributor relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of territory growth and team development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales growth in your region by effectively managing a team of sales representatives.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key distributors and partners in your region.

Pay/Benefits
Our Client offers a competitive salary range of $142,432-$182,432 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided, which includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
