Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex B2B sales cycles and distributor relationships.
- Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of territory growth and team development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

Pay/Benefits
Our client offers a competitive salary range from $139,091 to $179,091 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package also includes comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
