Our client, a leading industrial manufacturing company in Pasadena, CA, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team. This role is ideally situated for those living in nearby cities such as Glendale, Altadena, South Pasadena, and Sierra Madre. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales representatives tasked with selling industrial equipment and automation solutions. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles, distributor relationships, and a strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and industry regulations.
