Our Client, a renowned industrial manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team in Redondo Beach, CA. This opportunity allows you to work closely with a team of sales representatives, managing complex B2B sales cycles and distributor relationships in the industrial equipment and automation solutions sector. The role demands an understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and industry regulations. The location provides easy access to neighboring cities such as Torrance, Hawthorne, and Palos Verdes Estates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and industry regulations.
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and distributor relationships.
- Proficiency in English; Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with employees and clients.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Proven track record of territory growth and team development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead a team of sales representatives and coach them in their respective field.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Pay/Benefits
- Salary range: $141741-$181741 per year.
