Qualifications

  • Proven experience in selling complex technical solutions to IT and business leaders.
  • Strong understanding of software implementation processes, ROI analysis, and contract negotiations.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and virtual demonstration tools.
  • Experience with consultative selling methodology and solution-based selling approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company goals.
  • Conduct high-level conversations and negotiations with C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Drive the sales engagement from a solution selling perspective.
