Our Client, a leading healthcare technology company located in Mission Viejo, CA, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. Situated in the heart of South Orange County, Mission Viejo is just a short commute from neighboring cities such as Irvine, Laguna Niguel, and Lake Forest. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the development of scalable backend systems for electronic health records and patient data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and AWS.
- Expertise in microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, including HL7 and FHIR.
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining scalable backend systems for electronic health records and patient data management.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality software development.
- Ensuring all software complies with HIPAA regulations.
- Using Java, Python, and AWS for various programming and development tasks.
- Implementing and maintaining microservices architecture.
- Working with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Utilizing containerization and CI/CD pipelines in the development process.
- Applying agile development methodologies to all tasks and projects.
Pay/Benefits
- Salary range of $128,289 - $148,289 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
