Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process to drive client engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts to highlight the value of our solutions.
- Develop technical solutions that align with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Create detailed proposals and technical documentation to support the sales process.
- Support customer implementations and integrations, ensuring seamless deployment.
- Analyze customer technical needs and challenges to propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure alignment with customer feedback.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive solutions.
- Provide technical training to sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Participate in technical conferences and trade shows, with an emphasis on local industry events and national technology exhibitions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 3-6 years of experience in technical sales or solutions engineering within an engineering setting.
- Strong understanding of software development and system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
- Demonstrated customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with the Poway technology landscape and local business environment.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and regional industry events.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $86,100 - $106,100, depending on experience.
