Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical expert during the sales process, ensuring customer confidence and trust.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and lead proof of concepts that highlight the transformative power of our solutions.
  • Develop tailored technical solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Create detailed proposals and technical documentation that serve as blueprints for success.
  • Support customer implementations and integrations, ensuring seamless deployment and satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer technical needs and challenges to provide innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to influence product enhancements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive solutions to position our offerings strategically.
  • Provide technical training to empower sales team members.
  • Participate in leading technical conferences and trade shows, such as CES and TechCrunch Disrupt, to showcase our innovative solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales and technical processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 3-6 years of experience in technical sales or solutions engineering within an engineering setting.
  • Strong understanding of software development and system architecture.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible terms for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Yorba Linda’s tech landscape and local industry connections is advantageous.
  • Ability to travel within and outside of Yorba Linda for customer meetings and conferences.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $84,000-$104,000 depending on experience.
